Thank you for shopping with Edra Gallery Desire. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return Policy explains when and how customers may request a return or exchange for items purchased from our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns requests under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the request.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)

Item that has been washed, altered, and ironed. (Shorten/hemmed)

Items that have stains such as makeup stain, food, pen, etc.

Item defected caused by customer

Item with no invoice or purchase receipt

Exceed 7 days from the date of the received item

A member of our team will review your request and respond within 7 working days. Return charges will be charged to the customer (RM15 for shipping & packaging)
4. Exchanges
Return and exchange are only applicable for the item(s) that are defected or damaged from our side, with tags still attached or mistakenly delivered.
Return & Exchanges should be made within 7 DAYS after the item is received with an official receipt with tags still attached.
Exchanges of items are subject to stock availability and only allowed for the same item, color, and size.
Refund is strictly not allowed
ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE IF:
