We currently accept FPX and Credit/Debit Cards. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers.

Yes. We ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
5. How long does delivery take?
Malaysia: 3–7 working days after processing
Singapore & Brunei: 7–14 working days after processing
Order processing usually takes 1–3 working days before shipment.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to check your parcel status on the courier’s website.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. Provide your order number along with photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations are only allowed before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Do you allow returns or exchanges?
